Did you guys know nice cream was a thing? I must be living under a rock, because I didn’t.
I mean, who knew bananas could make the most delicious, creamy, and healthy frozen treat, like, ever?!?!
(I know, everyone but me, apparently)
Anyway, I actually discovered nice cream by accident. My wife and I went on a cleanse a few weeks ago and for a portion of the cleanse, we had to eat a lot of bananas. Towards the end of so-called cleanse, I didn’t even want to look at bananas, so my wife decided to turn them into a frozen treat to change up the texture and flavor profile. The rest is history.
As soon as our cleanse was over and I was able to get my hands on chocolate, I made the easiest and most delicious triple chocolate nice cream ever. I thought I discovered the golden ticket in developing this recipe, only to realize that nice cream has been trending for quite some time now.
Regardless, this recipe is too amazing and too simple not to share. I don’t know where you guys are from, but it’s hot as Hades here, so quick and cold desserts are always nice to have on hand!
We hope you guys love this triple chocolate nice cream as much as we do! If you’ve been inspired to make your own version, take a photo, tag us at @veganlifecoachdotcom, and use the hashtag #veganlifecoach. We would love to see all the different ways you like to eat your #NiceCream
